The Skills tab is used to maintain information about skills held by the staff member.
Opening the My Details - Skills tab
To open the Skills tab of the My Details window:
- Select Human Resources > Staff Kiosk from the SynWeb main menu.
The Personal tab of the My Details window is displayed. - Click the Skills tab.

My Details - Skills tab key fields and buttons
Fields
Field | Description |
Description | Description of the skill. |
Level | Level of skill attained by the staff member. For example, high, medium, low, or level 1, 2, 3. |
Attained Date | Date the skill was attained. |
Expiry Date | Date the skill expires. For example, a first aid skill expires by a particular date unless they continue to be recertified. |
Comment | Any comments or notes about the skill. |
Buttons
Button | Description |

| Open the edit window to change your details. Note: You can only edit your details if SynWeb is configured to permit editing. See Configuring the Staff Kiosk - My Details window in the System maintenance manual. |
| Save any changes to your details. Note: This button is only displayed on the Edit window. |
| Leave the edit window without saving changes to your details. Note: This button is only displayed on the Edit window. |
| Click to edit this grid entry. |
| Click to add a new grid entry. |
| Click to delete this grid entry. |
