In most organisations, the curriculum coordinator is responsible for setting up learning areas, subjects and subject assessment criteria. Once these have all been set up, the teachers are able to enter results for their students.
You can enter and maintain student results:

  • at school on a computer linked to the network
  • on a notebook computer that you use at home or at school
  • on a home computer.

If you work on a notebook or home computer, you must either:

  • Transfer the results to the Synergetic database so that Synergetic holds the master copy of all student results.
  • Use SynWeb. SynWeb connects directly to the Synergetic database using a web browser such as Internet Explorer. You are linked to the Synergetic database as though you were using a computer linked to the network.
