Monitoring attendance and absence data using Power BI Dashboards

Use graphs, charts, and tables view and filter student absence data including:

• absences by absence factor
• smoothed absences by date (including forecast)
• absences compared to last year
• absence difference compared to last year
• average absences by year level.

Use graphs and tables to view and filter student absence data for the last one hundred days including:

• absence totals including filters for campus, house, student and year level
• Percentage over time of student attendance records with a value of Counts as Absence
• Percentage over time of student attendance records with a value of Not Attended.
