Use the Supplemental tab to maintain the source of the enrolment enquiry.
Opening the Supplemental tab
To open the Supplemental tab:
- Select Module > Future Students > Future Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Future Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the future student functions by clicking . - Search for the future student. See Searching for future students (on page ).
- Click the Supplemental tab.

Additional enrolment applications are now maintained on the Applications tab. See Future Student Maintenance - Applications tab (on page ).
Source area fields
Field | Description |
---|
Source of Enquiry | How the person making the enquiry became aware of your organisation. Examples include: - Friends Living in Area
- Local Newspaper Advertising
- Parent is Past Student
- Television Commercial.
Note: Use the luEnquirySource lookup table to maintain the values. See luEnquirySource lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Country of Application | Country from which the application is received, if different from your organisation's. That is, overseas students. Note: Use the luCountry lookup table to maintain the values. See luCountry lookup table in the System maintenance manual. |
Source of Enquiry Comment | Any notes or comments. For example, 'Referred by the Smiths, who have three children currently at the school'. |
Enquiry Campaign | Campaign that the enquiry is in response to. Note: Use the luEnquiryCampaign lookup table to maintain the values. See luEnquiryCampaign lookup table in the System maintenance manual. |
Current or Previous School | Current or previous school attended by the future student, if applicable. |
Initial Schooling Date | Usually the date when the student first attends your organisation. However for: - CEO schools, the date a student first studies in Australia
- For NZ schools, the date when a student turns 5 years old.
