SynWeb uses SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to produce reports on the web. In order to use SSRS, you must have SQL Server 2008 R2 running on your server. If you do not have SQL Server 2008 R2, you can disable SSRS and use the existing Crystal Reports instead.

To disable SSRS:

  1. Navigate to the SynwebCfg directory on your server.
  2. Open the Synergetic.xml file with Notepad.
  3. Scroll down until you find the SSRS fields.
  4. Set the SSRSEnabledFlag value to False.
SSRS is disabled for this SynWeb configuration.
