Use the Other bar to maintain information about a community member, including:
- date and country of birth, nationality and language used in birth country
- religion and parish
- previous surname
- suffix such as Junior or Senior
- overriding default mail addressing and salutation formats
- barcoding and login details used on campus.
Opening the Other bar
To open the Other bar:
- Select Community from the SynWeb main menu.
The Community Maintenance Search Criteria window is displayed.
- Search for a community member. See Searching for community members (on page ).
- Click on the Other bar.
Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.

Override Mail Format |
Preferred style for addressing mail, if the default style is not suitable. Several styles of addressing couples are available, or the primary community member only can be addressed. |

Date the community member was verified. |

Whether the community member needs a current WWC check. |
