Field | Description |

Modified By | User ID of the person who last modified the photo. |
Modified Date | Date the person last modified the photo. |
Source | Source of the photo. |
Photo Type | Type of file. For example JPG, GIF. |
Photo permitted to be used for: | SelectionSelect one or more of the following fields to determine where the photo can be used. |
Web Can use in your organisation's web site. | |
Promotional Material Can use in your organisation's promotional materials. | |
School Publications Can use in your organisation's publications. |
