User Form Maintenance window key fields and buttons

Fields

Application

Select whether the user form appears on SynWeb or the Community Portal.

Master Resource

Select a Master Resource to filter the displayed user forms.

Grid area fields

Master Resource

The resource the user form relates to. Values include:

  • StudentMaint - user forms for Student Maintenance
  • ClassMaint - user forms for Class Maintenance
  • CourseMaint - user forms for Course Maintenance
  • SubjectAssessmentAreaMaint - user forms for Subject Assessment Area Maintenance
  • StaffMaint - user forms for Staff Maintenance.

Code

The code given to identify the user form.

Description

Description of the user form.

Seq

Unique number identifying the user form.

Click Edit to edit that user form.

Click Delete to delete that user form.

Click Preview to view the user form in a test window.

Note:
You cannot insert, edit or delete entries in the database from a user form preview.

SynWeb.

Import an existing user form into SynWeb using an sql script file. See Importing a user form into <Synweb>SynWeb.

Locate and rebuild the web user forms from the database.
 

Note: Only use this option if you have reinstalled SynWeb and need to recover reports.
