To open the File Types tab:

  1. Select Module > Students > File/Semester Maintenance.
    The Student File/Semester Term Maintenance window is displayed.
    Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking .

    The Cycle Maintenance - General tab window is displayed.
  3. Click the File Types tab.

Unique code for the file type.

Description

Description of the file type.

Allow in Semester

Select to make the file type available for the selected cycle.

Next Semester Copy

Whether the selected file type is copied to the next semester when creating new terms. See Creating next term details.
