The examples below define the first two periods of the day and the first recess for the senior school (S).

Grid area fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Timetable Group | Group the timetable belongs to. |
Day | Day the entry applies to.
Note: If you specify one period time for a day, you must specify all periods for that day. For example, if you specify a shorter first period on day 3, you must specify all the period times for day 3. |
Period | Period number, expressed as an integer. |
Period Sequence | Sequence of periods, when two periods share the same number. The period with the lower Period Sequence occurs first. |
Time From | Start time. |
Time To | End time. |
Description | Description of the period. |
Attendance Entry | Provides the ability to selectively enable attendance entry on some timetabled periods of the day rather than all timetabled periods. |
Override Minutes | Number of minutes the attendance period is applicable for, if Attendance Entry is selected. For example, your organisation only records attendance at the first and last period. |
Year | Year this timetable record applies to. |
Sem | Reporting period that this timetable record applies to. |
Type | File type this timetable record applies to. |
