You can enable document management to display the Manage Documents button on the Online application portal.

To enable document management:

  1. Click Image Removed .
    The General Open the Document Management tab of the Form Settings window is displayed.

  2. Select Image Added.
  3. Type comma-separated descriptions into the Descriptions (Comma Separated) field to define sections of the Document management window.

  7. Open Synergetic.
  8. Select Module > System > Lookup Table Maintenance from the Main menu.
  9. Locate the luDocumentType lookup table. See luDocumentType lookup table.
  10. Populate the MaxFileSizeKB field of each record with a value large enough to support the file size of the uploads. For example, 10000 for 10 MB.
