  1. Select Accommodation > Booking Allocation from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Booking Allocation window is displayed.

    Tip:
    You can also access the Booking Allocation window from the Accommodation Booking List window by selecting a booking and clicking Action > Allocate Room.

  2. Select the booking you want to upload a guest list for from the Select Booking drop-down list.

    Note:
    You can use the Booking Criteria filter fields to narrow down the bookings in the Select Booking drop-down list. See Booking Allocation window.

  3. Click Image Added next to the guest you want to link.
    The Create Community window is displayed.

  4. Type in the details of the community member you want to link to.
  5. Click Image Removed Image Added.
    The Create Community - Possible Name Match Found window is displayed.

  6. Select the community member you want to link to.
  7. Click Image RemovedImage Added.
    The selected community member is linked to the guest.
