To break links to a spouse:

1. Click Image Removed Image Added on the Community Maintenance toolbar.
   The following warning is displayed.

   Note: You can define the relationship between male, female, and other gendered community members using the RevRelationshipMale, RevRelationshipFemale, and RevRelationshipOther fields of the luRelationship lookup table. See luRelationship lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
   
   
2. Click Image Added.
   The link is broken. SynWeb creates:
   • an alternative mailing contact for any linked students
   • separate address records for each of the spouses, although both will have the same details initially.
