Staff Maintenance - Substitute tab key fields and buttons
Fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Available for Substitutes | Select to make the staff member available as a substitute. |
Clear the field if the staff member is not available. They will not be displayed in certain views. | |
Campus 1 | Campus that the staff member is available to substitute at. |
If this field is left blank, the staff member is available to substitute at all campuses, assuming the Available for Substitutes field is selected. | |
Campus 2 | Second campus that the staff member is available to substitute for. |
Load Adjustment | Used to adjust a staff member's load up or down. |
For example, if a staff member has 35 classes per timetable cycle and you set a Load Adjustment of 5, this will make them equivalent to a load of 40 (classes per timetable cycle). |

Date | Timetable date of the class. |
Period | Timetable period of the class. |
Class Code | Class code of the class. |
Class | Description of the class. |
Original Staff | Staff code of the staff member who normally takes the class. |
Original Name | Name of the staff member who normally takes the class. |
Room | Room where the class was held. |
The room may have been changed from the original room. See Substituting a room for a class in the SynWeb HR manual. | |
Work Tasks | Information provided to the substituting staff member at the time of the substitution, to assist with the work tasks. |

Original ID | Synergetic ID of the staff member who normally takes the class. |
