Check Timetabler Automatic Import in the troubleshooting section for some additional checks.
Check the Timetable Automatic Import SQL Jobs
Do the import jobs exists? There should be multiple import jobs on the server (see below). If these don't exist then the integration hasn't been installed. Check under support to see if they have a module for XTTabDDI - Timetabler Direct Database Integration. If they do not have this module then they will need to be quoted for the module + install.

Are the import jobs running? Check the relevant job history if there is nothing then the job man not have been scheduled. Check the job schedule to see if when they have been scheduled to run. Try running the job manually.
Are there error messages coming through for the jobs? Check the relevant job history for any errors. Generally this can be permission issues or if the file referenced in the configuration doesn't exist.
