The QCAA Register New Student export file has been incorporated into the QCAA tab.
Run The File
To run the file:
Students > Student Data Import / Export... > QCAA tab
...
Select the Register New Student File
Enter Parameters:
Field | Usage | Description |

| Year | Mandatory | Select the File Year from which to extract new students. |
| Term | Not Used | N/A |
| Campus | Optional | Select one campus to restrict file creation contents to If blank - all campuses are included. |
| Process Date | Mandatory | The maximum date up until which students will be selected. If a student's Entry Date is above this date, they will be excluded. |
Year Level From | Optional | Lowest Year Level to include in the Report |
Year Level To | Optional | Highest Year Level to include in the Report |
| Mandatory | Date the export was completed. | |
Include Blank Learner Unique Identifier | Not Used | |
File Name & Browse |
| Mandatory | Name and location of exported file. | |
| Progress | Shows progress in writing out the file. Does not show progress while calculating file contents and identifying errors. |
Click OK
After the file run either:
- errors will be encountered and need to be fixed, or
- the file will have been fixed
Errors
If errors are found, the file will not be produced and a Register New Student error screen will display.
