Selection criteria

This report only includes:

  • Classes with active class enrolment at the Process Date.

    • Class enrolment is defined using the Start Date and Stop Date fields on the Classes tab of Current Student Maintenance and is considered to be active when:

      - Start Date is blank or equal to or before the Process Date
      - Stop Date is blank or equal to or after the Process Date.

      See Current Student Maintenance - Classes tab.
  • Classes being taught to students for:

    - File year, term and campus combination selected using the Year, Term, and Campus fields.
    - Year level within the range selected using the Year Level From and To fields.
