Type | Type of contact. For example, SC1. | |
| Name | Name of the future student contact. | |
| Lives With | Selected if the future student lives with the selected future student contact. | |
| Parent | Selected if the future student is a child of the selected future student contact. | |
| Personal | Confirmation Latest confirmation date of the selected future student contact’s Personal group on the My Details tab of the Community Portalcontact’s Personal group. Note: This field is blank when the group has not been confirmed. | |
| Addresses | Confirmation Latest confirmation date of the selected future student contact’s Addresses group on the My Details tab of the Community Portalcontact’s Addresses group. Note: This field is blank when the group has not been confirmed. | |
| Occupation | Confirmation Latest confirmation date of the selected future student contact’s Occupation group on the My Details tab of the Community Portalcontact’s Occupation group. Note: This field is blank when the group has not been confirmed. | |

| Last Confirmed | Date the group was last confirmed on the My Details tab of the Community Portal. | |
| Confirmed By | Community member that last confirmed the group on the My Details tab of the Community Portal. | |
