To link to an existing medical condition:

  1. Click Image Removed Image Added.
    The Confirm window is displayed.

  2. Click Image Removed Image Added.
    The Existing Medical Conditions window is displayed.

    Note: You can add medical conditions using the Condition sub-tab on the Medical Condition tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Condition sub-tab (on page ).
  3. Select the checkbox next to the medical conditions to be linked.

  4. Click Image Removed Image Added.
