Use the User Forms tab to open forms that have been created at your organisation.

To launch the program linked to the user form listed, either:

  • select the user form in the grid area and click Image Removed Image Added
  • double click on the user form record in the grid area.

To open the User Forms tab:

  1. Select Module > Future Students > Enquiry/Future Student Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Process Future Student and Enquiries window is displayed.
    Tip: You can also access the future student functions by clicking Image Removed Image Added.
  2. Select the person the enquiry is about. See Searching for enrolment enquiries (on page ).
    The Student tab of the Enquiry Student Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the User Forms tab.
    The User Forms tab of the Enquiry Student Maintenance window is displayed.
