Fields in the vehicle area correspond to the selected row in the grid area.

Field	Description
Registration	Vehicle registration number.
Class	Type of vehicle.
Expiry Date	Vehicle registration expiry date. Note: You can maintain subscriptions for the following Action Centre messages to notify users when vehicle registration details are expiring.

Make	Make of vehicle.
Model	Model of vehicle.
Year	Manufacture year of the vehicle.
Colour	Colour of the vehicle.
School Used	Select if the vehicle is used for your organisation's purposes.
Current Vehicle	Select if the vehicle is currently in use.
Parking Space	Allotted parking space.

	A new row is added in the grid area. Enter the new details in the vehicle area.
