To open the Student Electives tab:

Select Module > Students or Assessments, then Class Maintenance.
The Set Class Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the class maintenance functions by clicking Image RemovedImage Added or Image Removed Image Added.
Select the required class.
The General tab of the Class Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Student Electives tab.
The Student Electives tab of the Class Maintenance window is displayed.

Fields

Field	Description
Show Enrolled Students	Select to only show enrolled students.

Grid area fields

Field	Description
Name	Name of the student.
Preference	Elective preference of the student.
ID	Community ID of the student.

Buttons
