To run the Student Immunisation Exception List report:

  1. Select Module > Select Students > Student Crystal Reports Available.
    TheSynergetic  Available Reports Available window is displayed.

  2. Locate the report using the Search field.

  3. Select the Student Immunisation Exception List report in the grid area.
  4. Click .
    The Student Immunisation Exception List window is displayed.

  5. Select an option using the Identify Current Immunisations Based On drop-down list to determine the method used to identify current immunisations. You can select:

    Active with Immunity End Date on or after... to identify current immunisations based on the Immunity End Date field on the Immunisations tab of Medical Maintenance
    Active with Administered Date on or after... to identify current immunisations based on the Administered Date field on the Immunisations tab of Medical Maintenance
    Any Active Immunisation (ignore dates) to identify current immunisations based on the Active field on the Immunisations tab of Medical Maintenance.

    Note: Immunisation records with the Active field blank are never current.

  6. Select a date using the Date field, if you selected Active with Immunity End Date on or after... or Active with Administered Date on or after... in the previous step.
  7. Select an option using the Student Mode drop-down list to determine when students are included in the report. You can select:

    Show Students without Current Immunisation to include students that do not have a current record of the immunisation selected in the Immunisation Type field
    Show Students with Current Immunisation to include students that do have a current record of the immunisation selected in the Immunisation Type field
    Show All Students to include all students with the immunisation selected in the Immunisation Type field.

  8. Type a new file year into the File Year field, if necessary.
  9.  Select an option using the Display Immunisation Record Details drop-down list to determine which student immunisation records and details are included in the report. You can select:

    All to include all student immunisation records with full immunisation details
    Current Only to include all current student immunisation records with full immunisation details
    None to include all student immunisation records with student details only.

  10. Select the date used to calculate the age of the students using the Age as At field.
  11. Select an option from the Group By drop-down list to define the report layout. You can select:

    Immunisation Type per page to display immunisation information in the page header

    Student per page to display student information in the page header.
  12. Select the New Page per Year Level field to insert a page break at the end of each year level.
  13. Select an option from the Default Immunisation Types drop-down list to determine which types of immunisations are included in the report. You can select:

    All Types to include default and non-default immunisations
    Default Only to only include default immunisations
    Non-Default Only to only include non-default immunisations.

    Note: You can define immunisations as default or non-default using the Default field of the luMedicalImmunisationType lookup table. See luMedicalImmunisationType lookup table.

  14. Select the immunisation type using the Immunisation Type drop-down list.

    Tip: You can leave this field blank to include all immunisation types. 

  15. Select student filters using the Optional Student Selections area fields.
  16. Click Image RemovedImage Added.
    The Student Immunisation Exception List report is displayed.
