Description
The Template:PastoralCare configuration setting determines the email template for emailing non-confidential pastoral care items. It uses replaceable fields to incorporate the appropriate information.
Available replaceable fields

Involved | List of the parties involved in the pastoral care item. | ||||||
PastoralCare-FollowUpFlag | Flag indicating whether the pastoral care item needs to be followed up. | ||||||
DistributionBlock | List of email addresses this email has been sent to. | ||||||
PastoralCare-CreatedByName | Name of the community member who created the pastoral care item. | ||||||
PastoralCareDetails | Public details of the pastoral care item. | ||||||
PastoralCare-FollowUpDate | Date the pastoral care item was followed up. | ||||||
ActionBlock | The action details of the pastoral care item. The email template can be set using the PastoralCare:ActionBlock configuration setting. See PastoralCare:ActionBlock configuration setting |
