To open the Week view:

  1. Select Objects > Bookings - By Date in the SynWeb main menu.
    The Day view of the Bookings - By Date window is displayed.
  2. Click Image Removed Image Added.
    The Week view of the Bookings - By Date window is displayed.

Schedule grid fields
The Schedule grid displays days for:

Each available object is represented by a week row. To keep the grid readable even with many objects, SynWeb only displays a limited number of objects per page. You can navigate to a particular object using the Schedule area buttons.

Right click on the relevant day to open the Schedule menu.

Description

Add Booking

Open the Add Booking window to create a new booking in this timeslot. See Adding bookings by date (on page ).

New All Day Event

Open the Add Booking window to book a resource for the entire day.

Go to This Day

Display the selected date in Day view.

Go to Today

Display today's bookings in the current view style.

Go to Date...

Select a date and view style to display the current bookings and timeslots.

Change View To

Change the view to a:

  • day view
  • week view
  • month view
  • timeline view.

Right click on the relevant booking belonging to you to open the Booking menu.
