Each available object is represented by a week row. To keep the grid readable even with many objects, SynWeb only displays a limited number of objects per page. You can navigate to a particular object using the Schedule area buttons.
Schedule menu options
Right click on the relevant day to open the Schedule menu.
Menu option | Description |

Add Booking | Open the Add Booking window to create a new booking in this timeslot. See Adding bookings by date (on page ). |
New All Day Event | Open the Add Booking window to book a resource for the entire day. |
Go to This Day | Display the selected date in Day view. |
Go to Today | Display today's bookings in the current view style. |
Go to Date... | Select a date and view style to display the current bookings and timeslots. |

Booking menu options
Right click on the relevant booking belonging to you to open the Booking menu.
Menu option | Description |
Edit Booking | Launch the Edit Booking for... window to make changes to your booking. |
Show Time As | Select an option to define the status of the booking timeslot. |
Label As | Select a label to add additional information about the booking. |
Delete | Delete this booking. |
