Community Record Type | Type of record. You can select either:

Personal fields
Field | Description |

Title | Community member's title. |
Gender | Community member's gender. Note: You can define the list of genders used at your organisation using the luGender lookup table. See luGender lookup table. |
Surname | Community member's surname. |
Given | Community member's given name. |
Given 2 | Community member's given second name. |
Preferred | Community member's preferred name. |
Preferred Formal | Community member's preferred formal name. |
Internal Name | Community member's name used by the Synergetic database. |
Override Internal Name | Select to use a different internal name. |
Initials | Community member's initials. |
Override Initials | Select to use different initials. |
Company fields
Field | Description |

Occupation Description | Description of the company's main business. For example 'Garden Maintenance'. |
Company | Name of the company. |
Attention | Name of recipient within the company if required. |
