To open the Bulk Add Students to Co-Curricular category window:

  1. Click the Students bar.
    The Students bar is displayed.

  2. Select the desired category in the co-curricular selector.

  3. Select a category in the category area.

    Note: The title of this area depends on the values assigned to the SubjectClassCategory fields in the luFileTypeProgram lookup table. See luFileTypeProgram lookup table (on page ).
  4. Click Image RemovedImage Added.
    The Bulk Add Students to Co-Curricular category window is displayed.

Tutor group the students have been assigned to.

House

House the students have been assigned to.

Age Group

Age Group the students have been assigned to.

Year Level

Year level the students have been assigned to.

Class Code

Class Code the students have been assigned to.

Boarder

Student's residential status:

  • Boarder
  • Day Student
  • Home Stay.

Gender

Gender of the students.

ID

Community ID of an individual student.
