1. Open the Absence Events Maintenance window. See Absence Events Maintenance window (on page ).
2. Search for the record that you want to modify. See Searching for absence events AnchorH_32427H_32427 (on page ).
3. For the record that you want to modify, select .
   
   The Create Absence Events window is displayed with non-editable fields greyed-out. See Create Absence Events window AnchorH_32495H_32495 (on page ).
   Note: Some types of absence events cannot be edited. If you need to update details for an absence event like this, create a new absence event with the correct details and click  to supersede the old record.
4. Make any required changes and click .
   The grid entry is updated with your changes.
