System rules

  • The storage device, such as a flash drive, contains the blank files until you export data onto it again.
  • Do not re-import your blank file unless you need to start afresh – re-importing overwrites your results and comments and any previous work will be lost.
  • Only import a current version of your data (the version exported after most recent changes were made) or you lose any changes made between that time and your last export.
