The Phone/Occupation window is the same in all modules. The example below shows a typical Phone/Occupation window.
On the Phone/Occupation window:
- Enter the details of the person's phone and occupation.
- Click

If you entered spouse details earlier, the Phone/Occupation window is displayed for the spouse.
- Enter the details of the spouse's phone and occupation.
- Click
The community member is created. - Update other details about the community member on the Community Maintenance window. See Maintaining community members (on page ).
