Use the Staff Personal Comments window to maintain comments for a staff member, including for staff assessment purposes.
Note: You can also use Student Results Maintenance to enter personal comments. See Maintaining student results in the Assessments and reports manual.
Opening the Staff Personal Comments window
To open the Staff Personal Comments window:
- Select Module > Human Resources > Staff Maintenance from the main menu.
Tip: You can also access the staff functions by clicking .
- Search for the staff member. See Searching for staff members (on page ).
The Personal tab of the Staff Maintenance window is displayed.
- Click the Classes tab.

- Click .
The Staff Personal Comments window is displayed.
