Use the Action Centre tab to view Action Centre messages linked to the selected community member.
Note: You can populate this tab by either linking or allocating Action Centre messages to the selected community member. See Using the Action Centre window in the Introduction manual.
Tip: Click the Action Centre icon to quickly navigate to the Action Centre tab to view items linked to the currently selected community member.
Opening the Action Centre tab
To open the Action Centre tab:
- Select Module > Community Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Community Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the Set Community Search Criteria window by clicking .
- Search for the community member. See Searching for community members (on page ).
The Constits tab of the Community Maintenance window is displayed.
- Click the Action Centre tab.
The Action Centre tab is displayed.
