You can use the Document Management tab to define one or more file upload sections. See Enabling document management.


 Opening the Document Management tab

To open the Document Management tab:

  1. Click .
    The General tab of the Form Settings window is displayed.
  2. Click the Document Management tab.
    The Document Management tab of the Form Settings window is displayed.

Enable Document Management in Application PortalSelect to enable document management for the form.
Descriptions (Comma Separated)

Type comma-separated descriptions into this field to define the different document upload sections of the form.
