Automatically submitted timesheet entries

SynWeb can be configured to automatically submit timesheets for classes when attendance has been marked. See Enabling timesheet autosubmission in the System maintenance manual.

Automatically submitting timesheet entries

To automatically submit a timesheet entry:

  1. Select Students > Attendance Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
  2. Select a class to mark attendance for.
  3. Mark attendance for the class. See Recording class attendances in the Attendance manual.

The timesheet entries are automatically submitted for the class.

Viewing automatically submitted timesheet entries

To view automatically submitted timesheet entries:

  1. Select Human Resources > Staff Kiosk from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Personal tab of the My Details window is displayed.
  2. Click .
    The Timesheets window is displayed with the automatically submitted timesheet entries.
