HomePage configuration setting

Description
The HomePage configuration setting allows you to determine the tab displayed when a user first logs in.

Tip: You do not have to use a portal tab as your home page. You can set any valid URL as the HomePage value.

Default value
The default value is stures.aspx. The Results tab is displayed when users log into the Community Portal.

Setting a different value
Type the URL into the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window.

To set a portal tab, use one of the following:
• absences.aspx (Absences tab)
• attendances.aspx (Attendances tab)
• contacts.aspx (Contacts tab)
• docs.aspx (Docs tab)
• fin.aspx (Finances tab)
• intro.aspx (Introduction tab)
• myaccount.aspx (My Account tab)
• stures.aspx (Results tab)
• pti.aspx (Interviews tab)
• tmtbl.aspx (Timetable tab).

Note: These are the default URLs of the portal tabs. Custom URLs can be set for each portal tab. See Customising tabs in the Community Portal.
