Impersonate User Login window
To open the Impersonate User Login page:
- Launch the Community Portal in an internet browser.
- Log in as a portal administrator.
Tip: Admin user logins are separated by commas between the <AdminUserNames></AdminUserNames> tags in the XML configuration file. See Editing the SynCommPortal.xml configuration file.
Tip: You can also access the Admin Panel if you have been assigned the CommunityPortalAdminPanel security resource in Group/User Security Maintenance. See Group Security Maintenance - Groups View in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
- Click Impersonate on the Admin panel.

Show Database logins only | Filter search results to only show community members created using the Other tab in Synergetic and SynWeb. |

Current User Community Data sub-tab fields

Approval Flag | Whether approval has been granted to the currently logged in admin user to modify the details of the selected community member. |
Current | Whether the community member is a current student. |
Future | Whether the community member is a future student. |
Past | Whether the community member is a past student. |
Year | Community member's last year level at your organisation. |
Student Year | Community member's last year at your organisation. |
