You can delete events in Synergetic by right-clicking the event in the Events Selector.

Synergetic will not allow you to delete an event when:

  • Show on Website field is selected on the Web tab.
  • attendees are listed in the grid area of either:
  • Current Attendees tab
  • Past Attendees tab.

To delete an event:

  1. Search for the event to be deleted. See Searching for events.
  2. Click the Web tab. See Events Maintenance - Web tab.
  3. Deselect the Show On Web Site field.
  4. Click the Current Attendees tab. See Events Maintenance - Current Attendees tab - Attendee Details sub-tab.
  5. Click .
    The Events Bulk Add/Delete window is displayed.
  6. Update the selections in the Events Bulk Add/Delete window to delete any current attendees from the grid area. See Adding or deleting community members to communications in bulk
  7. Click the Past Attendees tab. See Events Maintenance - Past Attendees tab.
  8. Delete any past attendees.
    Tip: You can only delete individual attendees on the Past Attendees tab, but you can click on the Event tab to transfer past attendees back to the Current Attendees tab where you can click to access the Events Bulk Add/Delete window.
  9. Click the Event tab. See Events Maintenance - Event tab.
  10. Click .
    The Confirm Event Conclude window is displayed.


  11. Type Conclude.
  12. Click .
  13. Right click the event you want to delete in the Events Selector.
  14. Select Delete.

    The Confirm Delete window is displayed.


  15. Type delete.
  16. Click .
