There are a number of standard reports available to you to help you manage medical details and incidents involving community members. See the folder of Crystal Reports supplied to your organisation.
To access these reports, select Module > Students > Student Crystal Reports Available or click from a maintenance window. You can browse or search through reports:

  • previously marked as 'favourites'
  • from a specific module
  • from all modules.

You can search for medical reports based on the report:

  • description
  • code.

Description of key reports

Description

Medical Incidents by Date, Person or Type

List of medical incidents, including sick bay visits, which have occurred in the selected timeframe.

Medical Incidents Follow Up

List of medical incidents that have been flagged for follow up.

Staff Immunisation Details

Report including all active immunisation details for staff members.

Staff Medical FULL Details

Report including all active medical details recorded for staff members with the exception of immunisation details.

STU Immunisation Form to Complete

Report including all active immunisation details for current students with spaces provided for filling in details.

STU Medical Defaults Form to Complete

Report including active default medical conditions recorded for current students with spaces provided for filling in details.
Note: This report does not include immunisation details and notes from staff.

Student Confirmation of Enrolment Details

Report including the new student's full medical details.

Student Default Medical Conditions

Summary report including active default medical conditions recorded for current students.
Note: You can determine whether a medical condition is a default by selecting the Default flag. For more information on maintaining medical conditions, see Maintaining medical details (on page ).

Student Default Medical Cond Details

Summary report including active default medical condition details recorded for current students.

Student Health Alert

A list of students in your organisation who have a health issue that needs to be known about by people working at your organisation. For example a severe allergy.

Student Immunisations

Report including all active immunisations for current students.

Student Medical Condition Details

Report including active medical condition details recorded for current students.

Student Medical Conditions

Report including active medical conditions recorded for current students.

Student Medical Defaults Details

Report including active medical conditions flagged as default.
