Description
The luPayrollLeave lookup table is used to maintain leave codes and their related details. Leave codes define the different kinds of leave that an employee is entitled to within your organisation.

Unique code for the type of leave.

 

Description

Description for the type of leave.

 

SynergyMeaning

Meaning used by Synergetic in calculations.

 

 

Selection

Description

 

HOLIDAYS

Used for all holiday-related leave.
This does not have any effect on leave calculations but is required for leave loading calculations.

 

LONGSERV

Used for long service leave.
Also see ForceFTELeaveCalcFlag below.

 

NOPAY

Used when no payment is due to the employee.
For example, leave without pay.

PayslipSortSeq

Determines the order the leave code appears on the pay slip.

 

ShowOnPayslip-Flag

Determines whether the leave code is printed on the pay slip.
For example, you may want to keep track of an employee's long service entitlements but not necessarily show it on the payslips.
If the sort order is not specified, the leave codes print alphabetically on the pay slip.

 

ForceFTELeave-CalcFlag

Used to force particular leave types to always be processed on an FTE basis. For example, long service leave.
This overrides the leave calculation method in the luPayrollLeaveAward lookup table. See luPayrollLeaveAward lookup table (on page ).

 

ShowOnPayslipAfterMonthsEmployed

Type a number to set the number of months before the selected leave code is printed on the pay slip.

 

ModifiedDate

Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.

 

ModifiedUser

User that last modified the lookup table entry.
