Selecting contacts for scheduling parent teacher interviews

To select a parent or guardian for scheduling parent teacher interviews:

1. Open the Schedule tab of the Parent Teacher Interview Maintenance window. See Parent Teacher Interview Maintenance - Schedule tab (on page ).
2. Click .

The Contact/Student Search window is displayed.

1. Enter your search criteria for either the student or the parent or guardian contact.
2. Click .

The Contact Student Search window is displayed with contacts based on your selection.

1. Highlight the contact.

1. Click .

The selected contact and students are displayed in the Parent/Student area of the Schedule tab.
