Use the Exception Preview tab to view timetables from an exception perspective.
Note: For information about timetable exceptions, see Timetabling by exception (on page ).

To use the Exception Preview tab:

  1. Open Primary Time.

The Year Group Allocation tab is displayed.

Tip: Select Allocation > Year Group from the main menu, if already using Primary Time.

  1. Click the Exception Preview tab.

The Exception Preview tab is displayed with:

  • classes on the vertical axis with teacher codes in parentheses
  • days on the horizontal axis
  • year group for each period.

Tip: Click the and buttons to view the grid data more easily.

  • No labels
