Use the Photo bar to:
- view the most recent photo of the staff member
- review the details of when the photo was updated
- specify the permission you have received to utilise the photo in your organisation's external communications.

Opening the Photo bar
- Select Human Resources > Staff Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Staff Search Criteria window is displayed.
- Search for the staff member. See Searching for staff members (on page ).
- Click the Photo bar.
Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.
