| Search | Search for a report in the grid area. |

| Report Name | Name of the selected report. |
| Correct | Whether the data in the selected report has been marked as correct by the Preparer. See Previewing roll return reports. |
| Confirmed | Whether the data in the selected report has been confirmed to be correct by the Approver. See Viewing reports submitted for approval. |

| Decrease the zoom magnification. |
| Increase the zoom magnification. |
| Reset the zoom magnification. |
| Print the selected report. |
| Open a file in the NZ MOE Report Viewer window. |
| Close the NZ MOE Report Viewer window. |
| View the detailed version of the report. |
| Mark the selected report as correct. |
| Mark the selected report as incorrect. |
| Clear the value of the Correct field so the report can be re-checked. |
