Trace Types
You can trace who is doing what in the system, by configuring Synergetic to trace different types of actions.
Note: Message logs are kept for one year.
To configure Synergetic with different trace types:
- Select Module > System > Configuration File Maintenance.
- Scroll down until the Key1 field shows System and the Key2 field shows MessageLog.
- Change the value of the required traces to True.
- The relevant Trace Type fields are enabled to allow you to display trace information in the message log.
