Field | Description |

Code | Unique code for the immunisation type. |
Description | Description of the immunisation type. |
SortOrder | Order the immunisations are displayed in the Immunisation drop-down list. |
DefaultFlag | Select the field to make the entry a default immunisation type on the Community Portal - MyDetails (Immunisations & HealthCare). The immunisation will show with for both outcomes - a grey cross or showing there is not an immunisation and a green tick indicating if to show the record has had their immunisation or not. If the immunisation is not default it will only show if the record has had their immunisation (green tick). |
ActiveFlag | Select if the immunisation type is used at your organisation. |
ModifiedDate | Community member that last modified the record. |
ModifiedUser | Date the record was last modified. |
