Using the graphical calendar
Click on the drop-down arrow next to the date field to display the graphical calendar. There are several ways to find a date:
- You can use the left and right arrows to cycle through the months then select a date.
- Click the text showing the name of the current month (June Feb in the example below). All months are displayed.

- Click the text showing the year (2003 1999 in the example below). A list of years is displayed for you to select from.

Note: If you need to use pre-1900 date, press F9 while the list of years is displayed to manually type in the date. See Entering the date field manually.
