You can view the staff member's personal details on the Personal tab. There is a link to the staff member's payroll details.

The personal and contact details of the staff member are stored in Community Maintenance. These are the details from when the staff member was first created.
Note: You cannot update the staff member's details using this tab. If you need to make changes, Launch into Community Maintenance. See Maintaining community members in the Community manual.

To open the Personal tab:

  1. Select Module > Human Resources > Staff Maintenance from the main menu.
    Tip: You can also access the staff functions by clicking .
  2. Search for the staff member. See Searching for staff members.
    The Personal tab of the Staff Maintenance window is displayed.

Description

Launch into Community Maintenance. See Maintaining community members in the Community manual.

Create a payroll record for the employee. See Maintaining payroll employees in the Payroll manual.

Tip:
If the button is inactive, then a payroll record exists already. Click the
next to the Create Payroll Record button to launch Payroll Maintenance.
