  1. Open the Open Confirmation Periods sub-tab. See Current Student Maintenance - Confirm Details bar - Open Confirmation Periods sub-tab.
    The Open Confirmation Periods sub-tab of the Confirm Details bar of Current Student Maintenance is displayed.

  2. Select the confirmation period containing the confirmations to be removed in the grid area.
  3. Click .
    The Remove Confirmation window is displayed.

  4. Select the groups containing the confirmations to be removed using the My Details Groups area fields.
  5. Select the start of the period containing the confirmations to be removed using the From Date drop-down list.
  6. Select the end of the period containing the confirmations to be removed using the To Date drop-down list.
  7. Click .
    The confirmations that match the selected criteria are displayed in the grid area.

  8. Select the Remove field in the grid area for each confirmation to be removed.
  9. Type the reason for removing the confirmations into the Removal Reason field.
  10. Click .
    The Confirm Remove Confirmation window is displayed.

  11. Type Remove into the field provided.

  12. Click .
