Date of Birth

Community member's date of birth.

Religion

Community member's religion. Examples include:

  • Agnostic
  • Anglican
  • Buddhist
  • Catholic
  • Christian
  • Church of England
  • Greek Orthodox

  • Jewish
  • Lutheran
  • Muslim
  • Protestant
  • Scientologist
  • Uniting Church.

Parish

Community member's parish, if applicable.

Nationality

Nationality of the community member, if different from your country.

Nationality 2

Second nationality for citizens with dual nationality.

Country of Birth

Community member's country of birth, if different from your country.

Home Language

Language spoken in the community member's home, if different from the majority language in your country.

Suffix

Suffix attached to a person's name.
For example, Eddie James Jr or Joe Smith III.

Prev Surname

Use when a person has changed their surname.
For example, the maiden name of a past student who has married and taken the name of her husband.

Override Mail Format

Preferred style for addressing mail, if the default style is not suitable. Several styles of addressing couples are available, or the primary community member only can be addressed.

  • Formal - As mailing name, no initials. For example, if the mailing name is Mr J. Smith, this becomes Mr Smith.

 

  • Pref
  • - As mailing name, '&' and 'and'. For example, Mr and Mrs Smith.

 

  • Honorary
  • - Title and initials.

Barcode

Used for barcoding applications within your organisation.
For example, book shop sales.

 

External Registration Number

Registration number sourced from an external system.

 

Network login

Login name assigned to the community member to log in to your organisation's computer network.

 

Dietary Requirements

Community member's dietary requirements.
For example, allergies and religious prohibitions.

Physical Requirements

Community member's physical requirements if the community member requires some form of assistance.
For example, wheelchair access.

 

Status

Status of the community member's WWC (working with children) check.
The status that is used at your organisation depends on the requirements of your jurisdiction and the person's role. The typical settings are:

  • Not Selected.
  • Applied. An application is pending.
  • PassPaidWork. The person is registered to work with children.
  • PassVolunteer. The person is registered to work voluntarily with children.
  • IntNegNot. The person is not permitted to work with children unsupervised until further notice. For example, when a person is working with adults exclusively and they have not applied for a WWC check.
  • NegNot. The person is not permitted to work with children unsupervised.

 

Expiry Date

Expiry date of the current WWC check registration.

 

Registration Number

WWC check registration number.

 

Verified Date

Date the community member was verified.

 

Current WWC Required

Whether the community member needs a current WWC check.
